The Playhouse is seeking to recruit a diverse pool of creative facilitators for the upcoming 'That's Powerful' project. This initiative is set to launch in 2024, focusing on rights-based creative workshops that will culminate in artistic events. Facilitators with relevant experience in various mediums, including theatre, music, dance, art, and creative writing, are encouraged to apply. This opportunity is open to artists across Northern Ireland and the border areas.

'That's Powerful' aims to engage schools, communities, and localities in exploring significant topics such as human rights, peace, and reconciliation through creative expression. Selected facilitators will work closely with groups, tailoring programmes to suit diverse needs and ensuring that all work hours are agreed upon in advance.

Facilitators will be compensated £35 per hour for delivery and £20 per hour for planning, with planning hours agreed upon with The Community Relations Officer.

Applications should include a CV and a cover letter (no more than 500 words) detailing your specialist area(s), examples of relevant work, and experience in rights-based topics. Please also include contact information and two references. Submit applications to [email protected] by midday on Friday, 16th February.
