Helium Arts, Ireland’s national children’s arts and health charity, is inviting applications for the position of Youth Participation and Engagement Coordinator.

This part-time role will involve developing and coordinating youth voice and influence within the organisation, in line with Helium Arts’ strategic goals for 2023-2027. Working closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be expected to draft a three-year Youth Engagement and Participation Framework and Plan, devise inclusive participation strategies, provide staff training, and monitor quality standards.
