‘Art Saves Us’ – online concert series in aid of NHS workers.

Concert will mix video performances and artist interviews

Art Saves Us invites musicians, artists, writers and poets from around the world to perform for our series of online concerts. During each concert, 5-6 artists will present a variety of performances: these include vocals, piano and violin excerpts, poetry recitation, fashion performance video, dance and ballet and finally interviews with the artists themselves… A multisensory feast!

An introductory performance programme and follow-up information on the participating artists of each concert will be announced and updated on the ART SAVES US WeChat platform, website and social media. All donations raised by the benefit concert will be used to support the UK National Health Service (NHS) and other medical organizations indeed in the midst of the epidemic.

Each one hour on-line event to be held on Fridays at 3pm UK time (7am PST, 10am EST and 10pm Beijing time) on Zoom, starting 3 April, will feature a different rich and diverse mix from the arts world, deftly blending genres such as music, drama, poetry, ballet, story-telling and Chinese folk music, to name but a few.

The line-up for the second concert includes National Ballet of China, Adonis , TANG Feng, Marco Nereo Rotelli, and Tamara Luckhurst.
