Student Lifecycle Administrator
The Royal Academy of Music is currently seeking a Student Lifecycle Administrator to join its Registry team. The Registry plays a pivotal role in central student administration, by dealing with students from the point of application through to graduation. The Registry is also responsible for organising performance examinations, managing marks and feedback, international student exchanges, advising on fee status and visa requirements, disbursing scholarships and bursaries, and completing data returns for organisations such as the Office for Students.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with all front-line enquiries and processing requests for information from students. You will work closely with the Assistant Registrar (Student Lifecycle and Governance) and play an important role in the management and processing of student records at all points of the student lifecycle. You will also support your Registry colleagues to deliver core business activities at key points in the year such as the annual auditions, summer examinations and graduation. You will also be the main administrative point of contact for the Academy’s popular teaching course, the LRAM, which takes place over one intensive week during the year. The successful candidate will have office administration experience and customer service experience.
You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to deal effectively with a wide range of people and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
