Manchester International Festival is seeking an Associate Producer.

Job summary:
The Associate Producer provides support to project Producers and delivery teams in the build up to and during the 2021 Manchester International Festival.

Person Specification.
Essential:
Demonstrable ability and skills to deliver events and/or projects
− Good organizational skills with the ability to manage busy and complex workloads, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines
− Ability to work under pressure with a flexible approach
− Financial literacy including some budget management experience
− Excellent administrative and IT skills including ability to use word, outlooks, powerpoint and Excel

Desirable:
− Experience of working with artists and creative teams
− Commitment to championing inclusion at every level of the organisation with a proven
ability to work with people from a wide range of backgrounds
− Enthusiasm for training, mentoring and support of emerging talent
− Enthusiasm for a range of arts and culture
