The Royal Academy of Music is seeking to appoint a a Senior Grants and Impact Manager to work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and other senior Academy leaders, to ensure that philanthropic giving from trusts and foundations drives forward and supports the Academy’s strategic priorities as effectively as possible.

You will also develop impact measurement and evaluation systems to enable effective reporting to funders, and play a key role in meeting the objectives of an ambitious fundraising campaign for the Academy’s Bicentenary to launch in 2022.

You will have significant experience in securing grants from philanthropic trusts and foundations at the six-figure level, or have experience managing six-figure grants, social investments or other impact-focused projects in a grant-making or social funding environment. Together with experience in evaluation and impact measurement, excellent relationship building and organisation skills as well as meticulous attention to detail, you will use your outstanding analytical and written and verbal communication skills to unlock the potential of philanthropy for music’s future.
