The Maura Dowdall Concerto Competition is an opportunity for all tertiary students to compete for a coveted solo performance opportunity with the National Symphony Orchestra, the Maura Dowdall Award of €600 and the Colin Stavely Memorial Award for Strings. Up to six finalists will perform a full concerto with piano in front of a distinguished jury.
