As part of the commitment to cultural recovery and the ongoing A City Imagining cultural investment programme for Belfast, the Artist Studios and Maker Spaces Organisational Grants are now open for applications.

These grants are specifically targeted at organisations that have faced challenges in securing funding from Belfast City Council through existing programmes and require assistance to stabilise and develop their operations.

Organisations or groups that operate artist studios and maker spaces have the opportunity to apply for grants of up to £15,000 to address specified developmental needs within a 12-month period.

In exceptional cases, organisations accommodating a minimum of 20 active members may apply for grants of up to £25,000. Such cases must meet additional eligibility criteria and provide a suitable business case.
