Jazzabelles @ HYDE !
Jazzabelles are looking forward to their next outing on the town October 15th.
Continuing their development as the seminal all women Jazz Collective on the Irish Scene after an already busy 2023 with important performances in Arthur’s, Kells Art Club and St Andrews Community Centre for International Women’s day, they will be bringing a new repertoire a new swanky city centre venue just off Grafton St : Hyde.
Focusing on living female jazz composers, Jazzabelles have carefully selected a truly unique blend of groundbreaking works showcasing haunting ballads, groovy riffs and modern sounds.
After a long summer of widening our horizons and sharpening our chops with some of us attending Sligo Jazz Festival, Newpark Big Band, performing at Ukulele Festivals in Southern Italy, jamming in Budapest or finding our Zen on Caucasus mountain ranges, we are ready to give our loyal audience and newcomers a Sunday evening to remember!
Jazzabelles are also very proud to be sharing the billing with Dublin Jazz scene pianist extraordinaire So Young Soon and her newly formed SuMal Nori Trio! They will bring their 20+ years of performing prowesses and experience with a twist of Brazilian flair... not to be missed!
