The Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) is currently seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager. This role, offering a salary between £35,000 and £40,000 per annum, is available on a full-time basis or part-time (four days per week). The position is based in Poole, with options for hybrid working.

The primary responsibility of the Corporate Partnerships Manager is to generate income and support for the BSO’s mission to enrich lives through music. The role involves nurturing and managing relationships with national, regional, and local companies, as well as developing new partnerships. The successful candidate will leverage the BSO’s award-winning educational and community programs and symphonic performances to create bespoke sponsorship and branding opportunities.

Applicants should have experience in creating compelling proposals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under time and budget constraints. Candidates with a proven track record in maintaining and developing corporate support, whether currently in a similar role or looking to advance from a Corporate Partnerships Officer position, are encouraged to apply.
