The Musicians’ Union (MU) is the UK trade union for musicians and represents over 32,000 musicians across the UK working in all sectors of the music business.

MU is now hiring a National Organiser Live Performance (NOLP).

The NOLP will oversee three of the MU Sections: Theatre, Music Writers and Live Performance. They will lead negotiations and oversee the MU/UK Theatre Agreement.

The NOLP will report to the Assistant General Secretary and work closely with other National Organisers across the three other industry based national departments.

The successful candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the music industry at national and local level. The ability to undertake extensive travelling, often requiring an overnight stay.
