Creative Places Shannon Researcher
Clare County Council is seeking a part-time researcher for a 10-month contract to support the Creative Places Research and Development Programme in Shannon, Co. Clare. This role involves working closely with the Creative Places coordinator and other key stakeholders to develop community-based arts initiatives and prepare for future programme phases.
The researcher will conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to gather data on community needs and perspectives, aiming to enhance arts engagement and cultural development in Shannon. Key responsibilities include data analysis, report writing, and supporting the application process for a three-year Creative Places Programme.
Candidates should have significant research experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to socially engaged arts practices. Knowledge of Shannon and experience in community development are essential.
