The Royal College of Music Junior Department (RCMJD) has announced its search for an exceptional teacher and musician to join their team.

Applicants should be widely recognised and highly respected practitioners, whether as performers or teachers in the field of music. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional abilities in teaching young children, exhibiting a high level of technical, creative, and musical proficiency. Prior experience in teaching Kodaly, singing-based activities, and/or creative projects to children aged 6-11 is preferred.

Candidates with experience teaching music to a diverse audience through recognised access programs will be given preference. The selected candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of the music profession, recognizing its unique demands, and displaying a commitment to helping each student achieve their maximum potential.
