ORGANIST/CHOIR DIRECTOR

Applications are invited for this position, which will become vacant in October 2022.

The successful applicant will be required to play at the principal service on Sundays, and other services such as Christmas Carol service and special services, as agreed. Choir rehearsals are held on a Sunday morning.
The successful applicant will be expected to encourage and further develop the adult choir.

Remuneration will be in accordance with Diocesan guidelines; however, qualifications and experience will also be taken into consideration. The appointment is contingent on a contract of employment and a six-month probationary period.
The person appointed will be required to be vetted in accordance with Church of Ireland Safeguarding Trust policy.
