The English Folk Expo Showcase runs alongside the public Manchester Folk Festival. Each year, around 180 music industry representatives are invited to Manchester in order to watch between 40-50 artists perform over three days in a series of public and delegate-only events.

The showcase presents folk, roots and acoustic music (including world, trad, roots, acoustic, Americana, singer-songwriter, nu/alt, protest, folklore etc). Applicable musicians should either be English or resident in England.

All artists receive a fee and dedicated listing in the expo app for industry delegates.
