The Chineke! Foundation is seeking an Orchestra Manager/PA to the Artistic & Executive Director.

As Orchestra Manager/PA to the Artistic & Executive Director, you will play a vital role in working closely with the Artistic & Executive Director in booking musicians for all Chineke! Orchestra projects and looking after the Artistic & Executive Director’s busy diary.

You will be a part of the administrative heart of the organisation, reporting directly to the Artistic & Executive Director. You will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of all Chineke! Orchestra and Chineke! Chamber Ensemble projects, ensuring that musicians are booked in a timely manner and that they attend Chineke! projects as planned. You will be the primary point of contact for musicians, and will work with the other members of the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the orchestra’s concerts and recordings. You will also be the Personal Assistant to the Artistic & Executive Director, arranging and organising her busy diary of meetings week on week.
