Described as “one of the glories of contemporary jazz” (Jazz Journal) Norma Winstone MBE is a multi-award winning vocalist who has enjoyed a career spanning more than 50 years. Norma will be keeping fine company for this concert, she will be joined by long-time collaborator, friend and master jazz guitarist Tommy Halferty as well as composer and pianist Nikki Iles “A formidable UK jazz presence” – (Guardian ).

A varied programme will be presented including a newly commissioned work by Tommy Halferty in collaboration with Norma Winstone, songs of Peter Warlock, Paul Simon, Jimmy Rowles and of course a few musical treats along the way.
