Artist Emergency Relief Fund

Artist Emergency Relief Fund

Saturday, 30 May 2020, 5.00pm

The Civic Theatre has established a fund to provide financial relief to Irish artists experiencing lost income related to COVID-19. Small grants of up to €500 will be paid rapidly on a first-come, first-served basis to affected artists and groups.

Donations will be accepted by individuals and corporations in order to replenish the fund and continue making payments to eligible artists in the queue. The Civic is covering all admin/processing costs so 100% of every donation goes directly to artists in the community. Please consider donating using the form below or contact niamh [at] civictheatre.ie to get involved. No donation is too small.

Due to overwhelming response, the Civic is suspending applications until it distributes the funds raised to date and raises more funds to support artists and arts workers.

As the Civic raises more money, it will pay out grants in order of application receipt.

See link below for further details.

NB: no deadline specified.
