Youth Music is seeking a Partnership Manager. The main responsibilities encompass leading a revamped fundraising strategy, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential partners, and presenting avenues for collaboration through the organisation’s funds, events, and other fundraising initiatives. This role is integral in diversifying Youth Music’s fundraising approaches whilst also reinforcing existing corporate and music industry connections.

Ideal candidates should exhibit a fervour for promoting equal access to music and come with substantial experience in partnerships, business development, or fundraising, coupled with a consistent record in income generation and managing a fundraising pipeline.
