MARIA CALLAS [1923-77] Centenary Gala Concert
A celebration of the art and the voice, the elegance and grace of opera’s prima donna assoluta a century after her birth.
The Concert will include scenes from her most performed operas Norma [Bellini], Il Trovatore, La Traviata and Aida [Verdi], Lucia di Lammermoor [Donizetti], Tosca and Turandot [Puccini] with arias and duets from other well-known operas which she recorded and many film clips of her in interviews and in recitals.
