Glyndebourne is recruiting a full-time Membership Services Supervisor for a fixed-term contract from 4th September 2023 to 3rd November 2024.

Reporting to the Head of Ticketing & Membership Services, the role involves managing and training the Membership Services team, administration of member accounts, and renewal campaigns. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational, administrative, and communication skills, and prior experience with CRM databases, specifically Tessitura.

They must have previous experience in managing and training a team. The role offers a salary of £28,423.52 per annum, with a range of benefits including free Pilates and Zumba classes, subsidised dining at onsite restaurants, and a free minibus service.
