Sense, an organisation dedicated to supporting individuals with complex disabilities, is seeking a full-time Resident Music Artist based in Birmingham & Loughborough. This fixed-term role, ending in March 2026, will be involved in shaping and delivering a high-quality, inclusive visual arts programme, focused on disabled-led artistic excellence.

The successful candidate, ideally with experience in community practice, will create music sessions for the beneficiaries of Sense in collaboration with the artistic director, focusing on communication through music. Responsibilities include training, mentoring, organising annual events and performances, and advising the national Sense Arts team to deliver the music programme.

The candidate should have a degree or equivalent in music practice, management or teaching, a commitment to high-quality, disability-led programming, experience in leading inclusive workshops, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
