The Royal Academy of Music is seeking an Advancement Information Manager to join the Development team. This role has responsibility for managing the synchronisation and flow of data across management systems within the Advancement office and across relevant Academy-wide programmes. Producing complex data lists, analysis and actioning data updates will be key elements of the role, as will overseeing regular maintenance and tackling data integrity challenges across the four main data management systems. The ability to analyse lists, communicate and summarise numbers through reporting will be important in this role.

In addition to core analytical and technical skills, you will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people to be successful in this role. Experience working in a Development team in higher education would be an advantage, and the desire to hit the ground running and make your mark will be crucial.
