Administrative Assistant, Brand Partnerships
Republic is looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the Brand Partnerships Department. The ideal candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented person, who can easily handle the assistant duties listed below, as well take on more responsibilities as they get established in the role. This will be a great opportunity for someone who can handle the day-to-day workload and will also be motivated to identify ways to contribute to the department.
How you’ll CREATE:
Responsible for all administrative duties for the SVP of Brand Partnerships, as well as providing administrative support for the team. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Answering telephone lines, screen high volume business calls and record messages in call log
- Maintaining busy calendar
- Completing expense reports on a weekly basis
- Making international and domestic travel arrangements
- Scheduling meetings and conference calls
- Organizing shipping and inventory for brand partnerships items
- Assistance on-site at Republic events
- Partnering with the team coordinator on projects and additional administrative tasks
- Monitoring the music/brand landscape and creating weekly reports
- Maintaining database for Republic brand deals
- Creating brand materials and presentations
Required skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Must also demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, and an ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines
- Experience and knowledge of music is preferred
- Desire to have a growing career in brand partnerships space
- Ability to interact comfortably and effectively with employees of our company at all levels including Senior Management, clients, artists and artist teams
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail, customer service skills, organization and time management skills
- Flexible – able to adjust to changing priorities, and able to multitask under pressure
