Meet Neo-Trad band Strings & Things, a high octane four-piece who reside in Thurles. Their makeup of musical instruments includes guitar, banjo, mandolin, whistle, Cajon, and bass which helps deliver a refreshing sound.

Coming from different musical backgrounds, they use their experience in different genres to help to set the stage for what can only be described as Strings & Things.

The band has been busy getting everything ready for the release of their upcoming album, The
Unsolicited Dance, which is set for release on June 18th. Strings & Things have been working hard to make this album stand out from their last album bringing something different to the ever-growing world of traditional Irish and Folk music.

Working alongside their promoter Pauline McDermott (IMPACT PROMOTIONS IRELAND) has seen the band travel to Ireland, the UK, and even the USA.
