The Barbican Centre is recruiting a Senior Producer for its Creative Collaboration (CC) department to head its learning team. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary between £52,300 and £59,390 per annum, considering London Weighting and performance. The Senior Producer, collaborating with the Head of Creative Collaboration, will focus on creating participatory programmes targeting young individuals from underrepresented communities within the arts and culture sector. Candidates should possess knowledge across arts disciplines, experience in large-scale participatory or educational events, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
