The Royal Academy of Music is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Advancement Information Manager to join the well-established and successful Development team. Efficient access to purposeful and timely information through databases is crucial to enable our thriving team to perform even more effectively and to meet its strategic goals for the Academy. This role has responsibility for managing the synchronisation and flow of data across management systems within the Advancement office and relevant Academy-wide programmes. You will be accountable for producing complex data lists and will oversee the maintenance of contact records across the four main data management systems.

We are looking for an individual who is willing to commit to six months to help us maintain our professional service and strong Advancement team performance. To be successful in this role you will need to hit the ground running and have previous experience of facilitating logistics, particularly data management support, in a philanthropic fundraising environment, along with possessing advanced analytical and technical skills. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people and to deliver robust information management.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with excellent IT skills including Customer Relationship Systems Management, MS Word and Excel. Experience working in a development team in higher education would be an advantage.
