Galway International Arts Festival, in partnership with Róisín Dubh, has announced the initial line-up for the Heineken® Big Top at the 2024 festival. The venue will feature performances by Block Rockin Beats on Saturday, 20th July, and the renowned Irish singer-songwriter Gavin James on Friday, 26th July.

Block Rockin Beats, fronted by Dec Pierce, blends the worlds of rave and rock in a DJ set accompanied by a live band. The performance will include a mix of iconic dance anthems and rock classics.

With a career that began in Dublin's busking and pub scene, Gavin James has since garnered global recognition, achieving billions of streams and multiple diamond and platinum records. His new single, "White Noise," released in October 2023, is a precursor to his upcoming album.

The Heineken® Big Top, a focal point of the Galway International Arts Festival, is situated beside the River Corrib in the city centre. Tickets for these concerts will be available for purchase starting Friday 1st December at 10 am at the link below.

Further announcements regarding the Heineken® Big Top line-up will be made in the coming weeks. The full programme for the Galway International Arts Festival is set to be announced in May 2024.
