General Manager
Dublin Theatre Festival is inviting applications for the role of General Manager. The festival has a hybrid working policy that varies depending on the season. Reporting directly to the Artistic Director, who also serves as the Chief Executive, the General Manager will have primary responsibilities in the financial, operational, and administrative domains of the organisation.
Specific tasks include matters related to corporate governance, supporting the Board, safeguarding the legal status of the company, controlling festival finances, and managing relationships with key stakeholders. Additional responsibilities encompass HR functions, draft budget preparation for Board consideration, and generating financial data for funders and stakeholders. The role also requires the preparation and execution of all contracts with visiting companies, venues, and directly employed creative and administrative staff.
