LCD Soundsystem has announced a return to Ireland. They are scheduled to perform an outdoor show at Malahide Castle, Dublin, on June 26th, 2024. Joining them for this event are special guests IDLES, Young Fathers, and Shit Robot.

Tickets for the event are priced from €69.90, inclusive of all charges. They will be available for purchase starting this Friday at 9 AM at the link below.

LCD Soundsystem, formed in 2002 by James Murphy, gained recognition for its unique blend of electronic and rock music. The band's discography includes hits like “Daft Punk Is Playing At My House” from their debut 2005 album, and the critically acclaimed 2007 album “Sound Of Silver”. They have been known for impactful live performances, including a notable farewell concert at Madison Square Garden in 2011, which was later commemorated in the documentary “Shut Up And Play The Hits”.

After a hiatus, the band made a comeback with “Christmas Will Break Your Heart” in 2015, followed by the 2017 album “AMERICAN DREAM”, featuring the GRAMMY-winning single “Tonite”. Their latest work, “new body rhumba”, was released in September 2022 for the film “White Noise”.

The current lineup of LCD Soundsystem includes James Murphy, Pat Mahoney, Nancy Whang, Al Doyle, Tyler Pope, Korey Richey, Nick Millhiser, and Abby Echiverri.
