Sistema Scotland is currently recruiting for a part-time Administrator for its Big Noise Torry programme in Aberdeen. The role offers an annual salary between £23,683 and £27,385 (pro-rata), based on experience.

The successful applicant will provide crucial administrative support to the Senior Team and Operations Manager at Big Noise Torry. Key responsibilities include managing administrative procedures and processes to support the programme’s success and growth, as well as engaging with adults and children at the after-school club to facilitate a smooth signing in and out procedure.

Candidates should have prior experience in administration, demonstrating excellent organisational skills and the capacity to manage a high-pressure workload. Effective communication skills are essential for liaising with parents and other stakeholders. The position requires working 32 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (9 am to 5 pm with an unpaid lunch break) and 4 hours on Friday (timings agreed with the line manager).
