UCC wishes to appoint to the role of Arts and Culture Officer. Reporting to the Vice President for External Relations, the Arts and Culture Officer will develop and lead projects to support the University in the delivery of objectives in the cultural and creative arena as defined in the University’s strategic plan.

The main focus of this role is to position University College Cork domestically and internationally as one of Ireland’s leading third level institutions for cultural initiatives and the creative arts. The Arts and Culture Officer will develop, lead and implement key strategic projects including the identification of key partners, selection of novel initiatives and the development of key relationships to ensure the professional delivery of the cultural and creative arts priorities of the university’s strategic plan.

Please note that Garda vetting and/or an international police clearance check may form part of the selection process.

Appointment may be made on the Admin I (Grade 7) Salary Scale: €72,946 - €96,093 (Scale B) / €70,437 - €91,287 (Scale A)
