French cellist Camille Thomas is in demand all over the world, enchanting audiences with her flawless technique and deeply passionate playing .

For her debut concert with the Irish Chamber Orchestra she will not only perform a concerto by the visionary composer Carl Philipp Emmanuel Bach (fifth son of JS Bach) but she will also perform music by the little-known Romantic French composer August Franchomme, whose Stradivarius cello she has inherited.

The ICO, directed by their effervescent leader Katherine Hunka, open and close the concert with popular works by Sibelius and Grieg.

Come and discover this game for yourselves and hear the beautiful score performed live!
