Siúcra, a band formed during the peak of the Covid-19 lockdowns, consists of five friends who decided to continue making music together, discovering their shared appreciation for both B.B. King and Britney Spears. While their musical influences are diverse, the collective sound they create is completely unique to them.

Drawing inspiration from various sources, Siúcra blends an eclectic mix of styles into their music. Influences from iconic acts like Wings and Cream can be heard, as well as hints of shimmering shoegaze reminiscent of NewDad and Mazzy Star. The introspective and poetic lyrics of Stevie Nicks also contribute to their artistic expression, and they incorporate elements of Irish traditional music to add a touch of their cultural heritage.
