Carillon Composition Proposal Contest
The Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA) invites composers to submit proposals for a new carillon composition of any duration. Two winners will each receive a $2,000 USD prize, personalized support in composing for carillon, a premiere at the 2025 annual convention, and publication by the GCNA. Please submit 1–3 sample scores (any instrumentation), a brief description of your compositional experience (up to 250 words), and a statement of 500–1,000 words detailing your ideas and direction for the proposed work.
