Jerry Creedon presents a concert entitled ‘Popular Guitar Classics”, including music for guitar by Isaac Albeniz, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Michael Praetorius and Francisco Tárrega.

This concert will take place in The Aula Maxima, University College, Cork, on Friday, March the 1st at 1.10pm (lunchtime), as part of the UCC Fuaim series.

The recital includes Yuquijiiro Yocoh’s beautiful “Sakura” Variations , a piece which reflects the stillness typical of Japanese music, and the famous Five Preludes written in 1940 by the Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos.
