The Arts Council and the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sports and Media are collaborating to offer the Late-Night Events (Pilot Programme) 2023. This initiative intends to diversify late-night activities, create opportunities for innovative work, and engage new audiences into existing cultural facilities. The programme will encourage new partnerships, support innovative night-time arts activities, advocate for a place-based approach, support additional NTE interventions, promote cost-effective events, and ensure fair payment for artists and creative workers.

The lead partner applying should be an arts centre that has received Arts Council Art Centre Funding or Arts Grant Funding in the last five years. Partners may include local promoters, local-authority night-time advisers, and operators of pop-up venues, other arts centres, and other commercial and non-commercial venues, festivals, producers, and artists. Up to €60,000 will be available for the lead arts centre for programming.

Applications, including a full listing of costs and income, should be made before the deadline of 24 August 2023 at 17:30.
