Some of Ireland’s finest young string, wind, and harpsichord musicians have been selected to play in this year’s Irish Youth Baroque Orchestra – a week-long music course where young musicians with a penchant for historical performance practice can hone their talents under the guidance of Director Claire Duff and baroque specialists from the Irish Baroque Orchestra. The course will this year culminate in a concert taking place in St Ann’s Church, Dawson Street, Dublin on Saturday, 22 July 2023.

The programme for the 2023 concert is a celebration of the baroque concerto in all its glorious forms, including music by Vivaldi, Handel and Telemann.

Tickets are €15 / €10 concessions and will be available on the door of the venue.

The concert will be one hour long.

The IYBO is a collaboration between IAYO and the Irish Baroque Orchestra, funded by The Arts Council.
