The Hunt Museum seeks a Facilities and Admin Coordinator.

The role necessitates managing two key areas: facilities coordination and museum administration. Tasks include supervising the maintenance technician and gardener, resolving emergency building issues, managing files on Google Drive, procuring supplies, tracking expenditure, and maintaining health and safety standards.

The candidate must be highly organised, able to multitask, and proactive. Previous experience in facilities and administration is desirable. The ability to work outside office hours and familiarity with the museum world is advantageous. This is a full-time, two-year temporary contract.
