Placements available throughout January, February and March 2016.

BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra and 3 are all currently offering work experience opportunities and are accepting applications up until midnight on Sunday 29 November.

The work experience placements are generally one week in duration and provide an insight into the making of programmes, marketing, editing, brainstorming at meetings, the use of social media, location broadcasts and live sessions.

There are also work experience opportunities on the arts show Front Row, on radio programmes in the BBC’s Salford studios, on regional radio stations throughout the UK, in the music business unit, and on BBC Wales.
