The Irish jazz quintet Thought-Fox is launching a new album, My Guess at the Grand Social, Dublin, on Saturday, 1 December. The group comprises the singer Lauren Kinsella, trombonist Colm O’Hara, pianist Tom Gibbs, bassist Mick Coady and drummer Simon Roth. Admission is free. Kinsella and Coady recorded a song from the album for RTÉ Lyric FM’s Blue of the Night show recently; the recording is below.
