Crash Ensemble is inviting expressions of interest to join its Board of Directors. The ensemble seeks individuals with expertise in fundraising, management, or government/policy to help guide its future direction.

Board Member Responsibilities:
– Providing strategic direction and ensuring high standards of governance in line with the Charities Governance Code.
– Legal and financial oversight of Crash Ensemble.
– Supporting fundraising efforts, which may include joining the Development Sub-committee and leveraging relevant contacts.

Term & Commitment:
– Board members serve a 2-year term, renewable up to a maximum of 6 years.
– The role is voluntary and unpaid.
– Members are expected to attend 6-7 meetings per year, including the AGM, and contribute to the organisation’s development.
