Other Voices is set to return to University College Cork (UCC) on Thursday, 28 September 2023. The event is a collaborative effort between Other Voices and UCC and will be hosted by MayKay. Among the Irish acts announced to perform are pop-rock group Picture This, Choice Music Prize-nominated singer-songwriter Niamh Regan, Cork’s alt-rock band Cardinals, and Ballymun's hip-hop-jazz collective Bricknasty. Sekou, the 18-year-old emerging talent in the UK soul scene, is also set to make his Other Voices debut. Further artists are expected to be announced in due course.

Last year’s event featured live performances by artists such as Cian Ducrot, Mercury Prize nominee SOAK, and Biig Piig. The upcoming event will utilise multiple locations within UCC’s riverside campus, including the Aula Maxima, The Glucksman Gallery, and the Honan Chapel. All performances will be livestreamed via Other Voices’ YouTube channel.

A limited number of tickets for the live recording of the performances will be distributed through a public lottery system by Other Voices at UCC. Beyond the main event, a warm-up concert, 'Other Voices of UCC,' will take place in The Hub from 1 pm - 3 pm. An initiative called 'UCC Amplified' will offer one act the opportunity to perform at this warm-up event and at a later date on the Dingle Distillery Music Trail at Other Voices Dingle.
